It's a free 30 days period in which you can enjoy the Software without credit card or permanence. The configuration of the Software will be guided by our team, if you wish by video calls.

We integrate it with your electronic door or turnstile so that your customers can access to the gym using the QR code they have in the App. It's necessary to hire Access Control Module to do this.

Users are people who have downloaded the App but aren't customers while members are customers and therefore downloaded the App.

Your customers can book and cancel activities from app or website. You can also manage payments by the app, website, cash or subscription.

There isn't minimum permanence, you can unsubscribe whenever you want. And there isn't permanence in the rates so you can change to another when you need it.

Depending on the contracted rate you will have a Generic, Customized or Exclusive App.
- Generic: Your customers would download IsMyGym App and see IsMyGym's corporate color and logo.
- Personalized: Your customers would download IsMyGym App and see your business' corporate color and logo.
- Exclusive: Your customers would download your own App and see your business' corporate color and logo.

You can only increase the number of members using the Gold or Premium rate. This option has an additional cost and you can do it in quantities of 100 members.
