Choose your gym's tax system and every invoice issued is automatically sent to the Spanish Tax Agency or the relevant regional tax authority. If an invoice has any issue, the dashboard alerts you so you can review it, and if you're switching from another program, the invoice chain continues from your last invoices.

Yes. The invoicing module includes the VERI*FACTU connection and sends every invoice to the Spanish Tax Agency automatically. We handle the submission as an authorised filing agent, so you only need to sign the authorisation and complete the setup.
Yes. You can choose TicketBAI for Gipuzkoa or Araba, or Batuz for Bizkaia, as your tax system, and invoices are reported automatically to the relevant regional tax authority.
Yes. Invoices for membership fees, passes, bookings, outstanding payments and shop purchases are generated automatically and emailed to the member as a PDF. Members can also download them from the app at any time.
Issued invoices cannot be edited or deleted, as the regulations require. To correct one, a corrective invoice is issued, and it is also generated automatically when you delete a fee, pass or payment that had already been invoiced.
